After setting all the normal mirc 'DCC OPTIONS' Select the menu options for 'SysReset' then select 'File Server Manager' Now select 'Server Config' Set the following options; Set timer for ad to 120 minutes and tick 'Enable' (timer varies according to chan) Set Max Uses 3 Set Max Sends 1 Set Max Sends Total 1 Set Max Queues Each 2 Set Max Queues Total 10 Tick queues enable Set Min CPS/Send 450 (to stop ppl with really bad line speed) Set Max CPS/Send 10000 (will depend on your line speed) You can type a message to show with ad what you have in your server if you want to. Near top, on right side is dropdown box "Basic Options", press down arrow, select 'Advanced Options'. On left side; Tick 'Enable Swap Server' command Tick 'Abort Sends' Tick 'Respond to !list' Tick 'Show triggers with full queues' Tick 'Assign channels per trigger' Tick 'Clone protection' Tick 'Anti-timeout' Set 'Colours' how you want it On right side; Tick whatever you want in the parts to show with ad Now tab to 'File Server Triggers' Press the 'Add' button and type in trigger and when that's done Select that trigger and tick 'Enable' Untick 'All channels' (This is a safer option than allowing server to run in all channels) Type in the channels you want it to be available on, making sure you place a hash mark '#' in front and press 'Add' button after each channel name. Select Root folder on your hdd you would serve from Go to the "server Root" section down at bottom of panel Press the button on right hand side of 'Server Root' box, Be sure that 'Global - respond to !list' is ticked. So now you have a trigger, and chans in the bottom window on right side? and trigger is enabled. Press Done (bottom right corner) Now select from top menu the 'Sysreset' menu and then select 'Servers Active', select 'On' Now right click in chan window you will see a 'Force Advertise' select 'Force Advertise (This chan)' NOTE : Since some networks/chans don't allow ad's all the time, you may have to follow this last command through and set the fserve to "Silent, !list only' That's it.
